I, Fr. Paul Rabha, the new director of the institute have a considerable amount of experiences of youth work both in north east India and in Europe especially in Italy. I was 11 years in Italy both studying and working with youth. I also have done 3 years of Master degree on youth and pastoral care studies in Rome. This makes me more confident in dealing with youth.
