The Republic Day is celebrated on January 26 every year to mark an important day in the history of all Indians. India became an independent country on August 15, 1947 and then on January 26, 1950, the Constitution of India was established and the country was declared as Sovereign, Secular, Socialistic and Democratic Republic nation. This day reflects all the struggles of the people who fought for Indian independence.
Republic Day is celebrated with full zeal and enthusiasm all over the country.
DBSTI Together with the country men remember they day. The flag hoisting programme was held after the Sunday Mass Celebration, singing the National Anthem and “Sare Jaha Se Acha”. Fr Cletus, Director gave a message on Republic Day and the celebration continue.
